This Autumn we are pleased to welcome you to our newly refurbished gym, which has undergone a £200,000 facelift this summer.

Cosmetically you will notice new flooring, ambient energy efficient LED lighting, a new reconfigured gym layout and redecoration.

The gym features the latest in cutting edge technology, with the all new Virtual Active from Matrix. The Virtual Active is a fantastic new concept that will allow you to follow exciting fitness trails all over the world from the lush forests of Hawaii, to the Grand Canyon or why not jog through some of the cities of the world. With Virtual Active you can hear it, view it and even feel it as the terrain changes!

We are confident that following the latest investment we have created one of the finest training environments in the south of England. That coupled with improved introduction programmes and ongoing support, our Results Guaranteed promise will get you results quicker than ever.
