Cardio Classes
BODY ATTACK™
A sports inspired cardio workout that builds strength and stamina. You don’t have to be co-ordinated! BODY COMBAT™
The empowering martial fitness workout where you will totally be unleashed.
BODY STEP™
A high intensity, low impact workout, which involves stepping on and off an adjustable platform. BOXERCISE
This class uses basic boxing skills without actual body contact. A challenging Circuit based Class, dynamic lighting, latest sounds! .
LEGS BUMS & TUMS
A class designed to target problems areas. A cardiovascular-based warm-up followed by floor exercises.
ZUMBA™
The Art of Dance with the Athleticism of Fitness, Fun, Salsa, Latino Aerobic Dance combinations, sure to raise your body temperature and heart rate!
CIRCUITS
This is an equipment-based class using steps, mats and weights to target weight loss and improve strength and stamina. Dynamic lighting and latest sounds! All abilities welcome.

ABS BLAST
A warm up leading into pure abdominal toning.45minutes Abs and Core stability
SWISS BALL TONE
Muscle defining and toning exercises using the Swiss Balls. Strength Classes
STUDIO STRENGTH
A muscle-challenging workout using free weights, guaranteed to help you lose fat and increase muscle tone.
BODY PUMP®
Using barbells and adjustable weights to tone muscle while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

Relaxation Classes
YOGA
Based on Hatha Yoga this class works with breath and mobility combined with relaxation using visualisation techniques, includes Core and Strength work.
CHAKRA YOGA
A dynamic combination of Asana and Breath work delivers a powerful ‘workout’ for the Chakras’ helping to maintain your Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Health. We also offer a Yoga Workshop 2 hours long once a month.
BODY BALANCE™
A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, brings mind and body into Perfect Harmony.
PILATES
The Pilates method aligns the body, builds long lean muscles and develops abdominal strength.
