Cardiovascular Classes

STEP A high intensity, low impact workout, which involves stepping on and off an adjustable platform.

Toning Classes
SWISS BALL TONE Muscle defining and toning exercises using the Swiss Balls.
TONE & STRETCH A relaxed atmosphere for a top to toe floor exercise programme ending with a long stretch to improve your flexibility.

Strength Classes
BODY PUMP® Using barbells and adjustable weights to tone muscle while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.
CIRCUITS An equipment based class using steps, mats and weights to target weight loss improve strength and stamina.
BOXERCISE Using the punch bags and focus pads you get a thrilling and effective workout.

Relax/Yoga Classes
PILATES The Pilates method aligns the body, builds long lean muscles and develops abdominal strength.
BODY BALANCE® Combines Yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates.
YOGA RELAX This class works with breath and mobility combined with relaxation using visualisation techniques.
