How to enter:
Entrees must be completed via the online form or from the form available at reception. Please answer the five questions in no more than 50 words each. A winner will be selected receiving a free 6-month membership. Two selections will take place, one in January and one in February.
Winner selection dates:
January Selection:
Closing date for entrees 29/01/10.
Selection to take place on 01/02/10.
February Selection:
Closing date for entrees 26/02/10.
Selection to take place on 01/03/10.
Entries must be received on or before the closing date stated above, entries received after the 26/02/10 will not be entered. Unsuccessful entries from January will be included in the February selection.
Terms & Conditions
By entering this competition I agree to allow Valley Leisure Ltd to use my experience as a case study for promotional purposes. During the 6 month period photography and data will be gathered and may be used in promotional materials for future use. This will include display internally and externally via channels such as internet, print, newspapers and leaflet distribution to name just a few examples.
Valley Leisure Ltd is data protection compliant. Your details will not be passed on to a third party, however they will be stored internally.
One entry per person, person’s must be aged 18 and over.
There is no cash or other alternative and the membership is not transferable.
Valley Leisure decision is final.
Valley Leisure reserves the right to remove or revoke this promotion at any time.
By entering this competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules.
